Ginni Kim is an experienced attorney with a broad background in general civil litigation. Prior to joining Santaella Law Group, her practice focused heavily on business litigation, dealing with issues such as breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, and the like. She also has experience litigating cases involving landlord tenant issues, construction defect, elder and financial abuse, and in collections, among many others. More recently, she branched out into doing transactional work. She also has experience in working with the Contra Costa Superior Court as a contract research attorney reviewing motions and making recommendations to the judge.

Ms. Kim is excited to bring her years of experience to assist clients in securing their future and protecting their loved ones. Her wealth of experience allows her to provide cost-effective representation both in and out of court.
